Naboisho Governance Structure
As part of a broader effort to strengthen governance and ensure fair representation, Mara Naboisho Conservancy has established a new trust structure representing the interests of its 700 landowners.
The Trust has 15 directors, with women representing 30%. The directors are elected by all landowners.
The Management Team
While the governance structure sets the direction, it is the management team that drives it forward. This dedicated group with over 85 staff members ensures that Naboisho runs smoothly - from field operations and community engagement to administration and financial oversight. At the heart of this team is a commitment to both people and nature. Their day-to-day work forms the backbone of Naboisho’s success.
