A Community-Owned Future for People & Wildlife
Naboisho is a pioneering model of community-led conservation.
Over 700 Maasai landowners have united to dedicate their land to wildlife protection while retaining ownership through a unique leasing model. In return, they benefit directly from long-term lease payments, access to improved grazing practices, community services and jobs.
With its community-centred approach, Naboisho is a living blueprint that balances nature, people and purpose, sustained by ongoing collaboration, trust and long-term commitment.
